Started as a tax practice. Grew because clients needed more.
Karagraha, Yastana & Associates began as a registered tax consultancy in Denpasar. Client work kept surfacing the same gap: a tax filing that hinged on a legal opinion, or a legal dispute that turned on the accounting behind it. Rather than referring that work out, the firm built in-house legal and accounting practices alongside tax — so one team carries a matter from the numbers all the way to the courtroom, if it comes to that.
That structure is still the core of how the firm operates today: three disciplines, one file, one point of accountability.
